Description
A white crystalline powder that is insoluble in water. It is unstable and a highly reactive hygroscopic. Hydrolyzes to hydrogen chloride and p-toluenesulfonic acid. Uses: Synthetic intermediate for a number of biologically active compounds, pharmaceuticals, herbicides, dyes and pigments candidates. CAS# (98-59-9)
