Isophorone is a colorless to yellowish liquid with a characteristic smell. It also occurs naturally in cranberries. Uses: Solvent in some printing inks, lacquers, paints, adhesives, copolymers, coatings, wood preservatives, floor sealants, finishing, and pesticides as well as an intermediate in chemical synthesis.
