Description
A colorless liquid with a fruity smell that has a fruity, pineapple-like taste. It is soluble in diethyl ehter, n-octanol, very slightly soluble in cold water, and soluble in alcohol and most organic solvents. Uses: Nitrocellulose lacquers, coatings for plastic substrates, and high-solids coatings. CAS# (97-85-8)
