Description

There are two forms of cuprous oxide:
Cuprous oxide is a red color crystal used as a pigment and fungicide. It is also used as an antifouling agent for marine paints but is incompatible with aluminum. Cupric oxide is a black crystal used in making fibers and ceramics, gas analyses and for Welding fluxes. CAS# (1317-39-1)
