Description
A white crystalline powder that is soluble in alcohol and slightly soluble in organic solvents. It is obtained by the fermentation of carbohydrates. Uses: to prepare acrylic fibers, rubbers, reinforced glass fiber, artificial diamonds and lens, additive in fibers and ion exchange resins, in water treatment systems, as a binder and sizing agent in non-weaving fibers, paper and concrete paint.
